Emily Corban has been the Assistant City Planner for the City of Starkville, Mississippi since June 2016. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy Leadership at the University of Mississippi and her Masters at the University of Memphis in City and Regional Planning. In 2018, She received her AICP certification.

Daniel Havelin has been the City Planner for the City of Starkville, Mississippi since June of 2014. He bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State University. As a licensed Landscape Architect in the state of Mississippi, Mr. Havelin has been involved institutional, commercial, residential, mixed use and hospitality projects in Mississippi from Oxford to Ocean Springs. In 2018, He received his AICP certification.
