Apply for the 2019 National Planning Conference registration scholarship!

The Executive Committee of APA Mississippi has approved a scholarship to pay for one person's 2019 National Planning Conference (NPC) base registration fee. If you haven't heard, the host city for this year’s NPC is San Francisco, California! The deadline for submitting the scholarship application is Friday, January 25, 2019. The selected applicant will be notified in time to register for the conference before the early bird deadline, which is Wednesday, February 13, 2019.  

Scholarship applicants must be current chapter members of APA Mississippi and must submit a statement demonstrating financial need. The selected candidate will be required to write an article for the APA Mississippi e-newsletter summarizing their experience at the conference. The scholarship will be used to reimburse the selected candidate for their base registration fee (not including add-ons such as mobile workshops, receptions, luncheons, etc.), as evidenced by an official receipt for conference registration.
